Alex had a rough start on turning one, she was very sick on the day of her party but luckily her stomach bug didn't stay around too long. Almost all of us caught it me, Matt, and Aunt Melissa but Grammy stayed well thank God! I can't believe our baby is one, that year went by entirely too fast. I still want her to be our little peanut but I love all the new things she is learning how to do so quickly. I wish time would slow down a bit! That little face gives us so much joy each and every day and now I can't imagine how we lived before her birth. Here are some pictures of opening presents, trying a cupcake, friends and family.

I'm so happy I was there to celebrate my little sweetheart's first birthday! She amazes me with her walking, talking and curiosity. Miss the peanut and her mommy. XOXO
